My Virtual Worker was started by Some Senior Project Managers with excellent technical and Managerial Abilities under the Guidance of our Founder Deepak Kumar. My Virtual Worker  was established in 2006, Initially it was part of  www.dcmipune.com a Sole Proprietorship Firm into Computer Education for last 15 Years owned by our Now CFO. In 2008 We Launched Separate Web Presence Initiatives to make it to the next level by partnering with Wiki Ocean (Leading FOSS and ERP Experts in India). We operate from state of  the art Development Centers in Pune and Dhanbad, India. Our Expertise revolves around Application and Product Development using core technologies like  PHP, Java, Dot Net. We Also have a top notch team for Mobile Application(s) Development. We are Registered under Partnership Act 1932 in Pune,MH,India as a Partnership Firm of limited liability. My Virtual Worker is also a Trade Mark as of 8th June this year.

Our Founder Deepak Brings with him a blend of Marketing Career with the likes of HSBC, eGain, Clarion Technologies, QED Baton and an everlasting desire to run ahead of technology acts as backbone and inspirational support to our Employees.  His People Management skills ensured successful retention of most of the programmers associated with him over the last few years as Dedicated Programmers now working for My Virtual Worker  , Pune, Dhanbad. Deepak wasn’t happy with the fact that freelancers weren’t really treating customers fairly and that’s when he decided to start his own Firm to be able to provide Enterprise Level Support to SMBs however at the cost of freelancers.

Though we have been around only since Late 2006 , most of our existing Coders have known each other for the last many years.  We are an efficient and attractive off shore Programming Firm and needless to say impeccably reliable. Hire a Colleague is an Internal Division created with in our Organization in the Year 2009, This is a Team of Senior Programmers who have spent more than 3 years with in My Virtual Worker LLP. Their commitment to work and desire to be self managed and observe the ideal learning curve is unmatched. At the moment we have around 50 Senior Programmers across Technologies like PHP, Dot Net , Java , C# , C and C++. We have recently shifted some Programmers with expertise on Mobile Application Development to this wing. The skill sets on offer are iPhone , Android, S 60 and Blackberry. Since these programmers have been with us for some time now, we now place them carefully on assignments which are complex and challenging and expand over a time span of at least 8 weeks onwards. In simple terms these Programmers work as an extension of your Team where the minimum commitment from both the sides is at least 8 weeks. We took the initiative to create this Wing, since we thought as a Company we must look into over all well being of our Programmers who have proved a point to the Management by exceeding our expectations and ensured reduction in Attrition. These Programmers are paid at least 25 to 30% More than our regular programmers and we think they have earned it.
